Balazs Czifra *Children* * All children must have adult supervision at all times. * Quiet time is 9:30 PM - 7:30 AM. * Playground is located at the end behind the mobile homes on N Mayer Drive. *Laundry Room* * A coin operated laundry facility is availabe. * A $5 security deposit is required for each laundry room key. * Laundry room door must be kept locked at all times. * Please keep the room clean, disposing of all trash and lint in the provided trash cans. * Report any problems to rental office immediately. * No unattended children permitted. *Parking* * Parking only in assigned area. * No parking in front of travel trailer. * Vehicles towed at owner's expense. * Guest parking is available in front lot facing Route 355. * UNATHORIZED AND UNREGISTERED VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER'S EXPENSE. * Two vehicles allowed per site. Additional vehicles incur extra charges. <a name="payment" style="text-decoration: none; font-weight: normal; color: inherit;">*Payment*</a> * Upon submitting a reservation request, your card will be authorized for the relevant amount. * If space is available, your card will be charged for the full amount, your reservation will be valid, and you will receive a notification email. * In the event that the park is unable to accommodate a reservation, your card will not be charged and you will receive a notification email. The authorization will then be released (this may take 24 hours to 14 days depending on your banks policy). *Pets* * Only small pets allowed. * All pets must be leashed at all times. * Pet owners must clean up pet droppings immediately. * Disruptive pets may be picked up by the animal shelter *Reservations* * Two (2) night minimum stay for weekends (Friday and Saturday night) * Labor Day, Memorial Day, and 4th of July all have special stay requirements. Check the home page or call us for additional information. *Trash* * All trash must be stored in sealed plastic trash bags. * Please place trash bags in trash cans at the rear of your T.T.. * Garbage pick-up is on Mondays and Thursdays. *Trucks and Trailers* * No large trucks allowed. * No utility trailers with water tanks or equipment allowed. * No boats allowed. * No off-road vehicles allowed. *Vehicles* * No large trucks allowed. * No utility trailers with water tanks or equipment allowed. * No boats allowed. * No off-road vehicles allowed. *Vehicle Washing* * Vehicles may be washed no more than ONCE per week. * Traveling trailers or motor homes may be washed no more than ONCE per month. *Miscellaneous* * NO ELECTRIC HEATERS. * Speed limit of 10 MPH at all times. * The use of any firecrackers, firearms, dangerous devices, or any other weapons is prohibited. * No vehicles with gross weight over 1 3/4 tons permitted. * Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed in public areas of the park. * No peddling, soliciting, or other commercial enterprises are permitted. * No advertising of any sort permitted in the park.
